If you volunteer regularly over a longer period, you can apply for the Ehrenamtskarte Hessen (E-Card). The card is valid throughout Hesse; in Wiesbaden, applications go through the city's Bürgerreferat (citizens' office). Requirements are at least 2 years of continuous engagement averaging at least 5 hours per week.
